Good Day all!
Today Prohumaira want to share some knowledge about migraine. I always have it, especially when late for breakfast or lunch. It is very bad causing all my work was interrupted throughout the day. Usually, after a long sleep, a migraine will be gone. But the throbbing pain in the head sometimes still can be felt after waking from sleep.
However, migraines may be caused by all sorts of reasons. Many explanations for the migraines are very good that is available via the Internet. I'll try to give some brief explanation of this from time to time. Of course, the best way to avoid migrain is to avoid it causes! Well, sometimes it can't be avoided, am I right? Haha. In my opinion, getting to know this thing, really help a lot to overcome it in the future.

- Currently, Mohd Hafizi Bin Zohari is a lecturer and CEO of ASIVR (Advance Structural Integrity and Vibration Research) Group at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Universiti Malaysia Pahang. After his first degree in 2005, he works at Perodua Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd (PMSB) as Production Engineer.
